TERMS OF SERVICE

★ I retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork.★ I have the right to deny any commission request for any reason★ Commissions CANNOT be used for crypto, NFT, or to feed AI databases.★ Personal use only, commercial use is not allowedPAYMENT★ I will only start the commission once I receive the FULL payment★ Commissions will be paid through PayPal invoice / Bizum for Spain. PayPal payments will be in USD.★ Prices may increase depending on the complexity of the designsREFUNDS★ If the commission is canceled before I start working on it, either by me or the commissioner, the client will receive a full refund.★ Once I start working on it, there will be NO refunds unless I decide I cannot fulfill the commission. In that case, a full refund will be given.COMPLETION★ The commissioner has the responsibility to provide all the necessary information about the commission (ex: visual references, character information, etc.) as well as deadlines if needed. Without a visual reference, I cannot draw a character.★ Commissions will typically take between 3 to 9 weeks to complete. It could take longer, but I will keep the commissioner updated about the progress.★ Once the sketch has been approved, major alterations cannot be made without an additional fee. Minor changes will be accepted until the base coloring is approved.★ Characters from media I'm interested in will be drawn as my interpretation of them unless asked otherwise.★ Commissions can be used and reposted with credit by the customer and those given permission. Credit is not needed for personal profile pictures.★Let me know if you do not want your commission to be shared online.
